I am originally British, grew up in Paris and lived there for 30 years. I have been living by Lake Zurich since 2011 and am happily married to Thomas. For over 20 years, I have been working in various HR roles, and coaching employees in Europe and Asia through diverse situations.

Between 2017 and 2019, I was working and living in Hong Kong, which was a challenging and stimulating time both professionally and personally. Although I learnt a lot, I would have been more satisfied with how I supported my stakeholders if I had had a basic coaching toolbox.

When I returned to Switzerland, I decided to start my formal coaching journey. I have completed the Co-active Coach Training and started coaching people within my network during this time. As I discovered how much satisfaction I get out of helping people to find their way, I then completed my formal Co-Active Coaching certification - very exciting and fulfilling! In parallel, I have a full-time job as Global Head Talent Management & Culture at Comet Group, a Swiss tech company. 

I am grateful to have found my purpose and what matters to me: I am inspired by inspiring others to learn and grow.
